Directorate of Prosecution, Delhi 
This Directorate is part and parcel of Criminal Justice System which includes Judiciary, Police and correctional Home. State being welfare state is duty bound to protect life, personal liberty and property of its each and every individual and if any offence is committed against any person, this Directorate being part of State machinery is to prosecute the offender to secure justice in District Courts.
The Prosecution Branches of the Directorate of Prosecution, GNCTD have jurisdiction on the following Districts:-
