In exercise of the powers conferred by  sub-section (3) of Section – 1 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of  2010), the Lieutenant governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi,  hereby, appoints the 4th day of October, 2010, as the date on which  the said Act shall come into force.
